Our History

Most loved food truck in Seward

Meet the dynamic duo behind Los Chanchitos, culinary wanderers turned food truck aficionados. PJ and Amanda's journey began working together in Hawaii where they originally met, and their shared love for flavors ignited a passion for global cuisine. After traversing the world, they found themselves in Seward, Alaska, where they sensed an appetite for exceptional food. In 2022, Los Chanchitos was born - a delicious fusion of their globe-trotting experiences, bringing diverse flavors and recipes to locals of Seward and all of Alaska!

The bowl was delicious. It was flavorful and appropriately spiced. Would you believe that they make fresh salsa every day with real ingredients and serve at the right temp not freezing cold.

Great rockfish tacos! My partner had the grilled veggie burrito bowl, which was rationally sized and also very good. Everything was made fresh! The salsa wasn’t very exciting but the entrées made up for it 🙂 Vegetarian options: Grilled veggies were diced nicely

Hands down best Mexican food in all of Alaska. From someone who has had street tacos in TJ before, this place is a strong contender. Amazing flavors and great portions. The Birria is chef's kiss.
